Transformers The Movie is one of the greatest and most epic animated films ever made & we discuss it as well as our favorite Transformers, favorite toy from the line, and discuss the new Bumblebee trailer!

He's in town with a few days to kill, but not if tough cop Lt. Mike Harrigan played by Danny Glover can help it! We take a look at the wild and crazy 1990 sequel Predator 2! A much different movie than the original classic but a lot to like about the urban jungle sequel as well. We talk Predator 2 and how it works as a sequel with it's bizzare voodoo gangs, a young cocky Bill Paxton, a tough as nails Gary Busey, and a Predator that adapts to the challenges as he goes on the hunt!
We also talk Fandemic Tour, the new comic-con in Houston, Texas that we attended and talk about some of the fun we had there! They call him the Daywalker, born a Vampire as he fights for justice in a dark world of corruption! He is Blade! We go back 20 years to one of the first succsessful Marvel franchises long before the Avengers hit the silver screen as Wesley Snipes and Stephen Dorff battle it out in this film that spawned two sequels, a television series, and an anime. We are joined this episode by author Ashley Nemer as she discusses the film with us as well as talks about her new book she has coming out September 18th.
Ashley talks about The Ones Who Lived, her exciting new young adult novel about a group of teenagers living in a world in which all the adults are suddenly gone! She talks about her inspirations, her favorite authors, her works so far, and geeks out with us on Captain Marvel, Blade, and other things! We are glad she joined us and we hope you enjoy it as well!

10 years ago audiences were thrilled and amazed in theaters when Christopher Nolan's sequel to Batman Begins hit theaters titled The Dark Knight. This amazing movie changed the landscape for comic book films and we look back at this masterpeice by discussing Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Aaron Eckhart, and Gary Oldman in this modern classic for celebration of it's 10th Anniversary. We also rank the Batman films and discuss the legacy that Heath Ledger left behind with his Oscar winning performance of The Joker.

We go deep into Star Wars and talk about the movie that started it all for most of us. Why is Star Wars so important to pop culture, film, and the world? What makes it so popular & what about all those wonderful toys? Star Wars is talked in full as we discuss Episode IV: A New Hope and go behind the scenes to discuss this modern science fiction classic! Star Wars has changed the world & changed our lives and without it we might not be podcasting about it!
