When five friends head out to rural Texas to visit the grave of a grandfather, they stumble upon what appears to be a deserted house but then find themselves in the worst nightmare of their life.  Something sinister awaits as they are faced with the terrifying hunt of a cannibalistic family in the one of the most horrifying films ever made. We look back at the 1974 classic from director Tobe Hooper, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
We also talk the story in which the film was believed to be inspired by, tell a ghost story this week, discuss the latest news and tell you some things we watched this week.  We then preview our final film for Halloween Horrors Month, Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow!

EPISODE 362: STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS

Bruce Wayne a.k.a. Batman must face the changes upon him in Gotham City, as The Joker comes up with a new plan to make sure the Batman needs him in his life.  All the while he adopts an orphan who wants to be his sidekick while the villains gather to attack the city int he ultimate battle!  Along the way Batman realizes that being a loner isn't all that cool & the biggest challenge he may ever face is accepting that Batman sometimes needs help too!  We discuss The Lego Batman Movie this week in our Back To School Special!

EPISODE 359: A BETTER TOMORROW

John Woo's classic from 1986 tells the story of two brothers, one a young new cop, the other a former gangster trying to reform his ways.As they attempt to reconcile their kinship, the triads make it difficult for former gangster Ho to get away from the former life while his younger brother Kit is torn between upholding the law and protecting his brother.  It's a emotional tale of double crosses, gangsters, and two brothers trying to find a safe future in the classic action film that spawned a genre of it's own!  We discuss John Woo's heroic blood shed classic for Mark's 2023 birthday pick, A Better Tomorrow.
